Every Girl Needs Her Grandma

This is a sponsored post I don't know about you but I would be totally lost without my grandma. I only have my maternal grandmother left as my paternal grandmother died when I was nine but my Nan has definitely done enough for both over the years. 

My nan, simply put, is absolutely awesome. She is amazing with Jack and always on the other end of the phone/round the corner if I need to chat to her. If I can't get something through to my mum, my Nan is the person I go to as I know she will know exactly what to do. Granted, she often calls me by my mum/aunt's names (and even my uncle's once!) but when you are constantly in demand by the whole family, is it any wonder? My Nan is the reason I first got into makeup - I used to watch her put on her makeup whenever I was round there and always used to ask her questions about it all. I think she may possibly have been the first person to actually buy me makeup - and knowing my nan, it was probably a lipstick...So now you can see where my lipstick obsession comes from.

She also started my life as a comper - she was the one who used to encourage me to enter the competitions in the back of her magazines and in the paper. We'd enter any competitions we saw in town - although we never won, it was fun! She has helped me out of many a situation and basically...I don't know what I would do without her!
