Let's Celebrate Women!

It is refreshing that in the month of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, women across the world are celebrating each other in any way possible.

Unrelated to this month of awareness but a great idea to combine with this brilliant month is The Opal Coast's week of special privileges ..just for women! From the 27th of October to the 4th of November, any women visiting the area, be it for a day trip or getaway, will gain access to a range of offers from the local businesses.Discounts, special treatments and much, much more will be easily accessible! All in the glamorous area of Calais!

As I have only just come back from my holiday in Rome, a trip to France isn't possible right now, but how I wish it was! I thought this was an interesting tit bit of information for those of you out there who are planning a little trip before Christmas. Steve and I have already been thinking about where to go on our holidays next and had this been a little later, this would have been perfect for us! I'm a total shopaholic and promises of discounts and special treatments just for being of the fairer sex? Count me in!

As for me? Well, seeing as I regrettably can't attend myself, I think I'll let some of my French-based blogger friends know just what is happening - I'm sure it'll be a busy event!
